Position: Server
Type: Full-time, Part-time

We are looking for a server to join our team and work in our upscale, customer service-driven bar & restaurant. Lots of room to grow within the company!

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
  • Attend to customers upon entrance
  • Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
  • Take and serve orders
  • Answer questions or make recommendations
  • Issue bills and accept payment

* Wine & beer knowledge is a plus
* Must be able to work the evening shift from 3pm-10pm on weekdays and 4pm-midnight on weekends.

Position: Host/Hostess
Type: Full-time, Part-time

We are looking for a hostess to work in our upscale, customer service-driven bar & restaurant!

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Flexible schedule, particularly for weekend/evening shifts
  • 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Ability to work 6+ hours on your feet at a time
  • Advanced time management experience
  • Friendly, open disposition
  • Team player who looks for ways to assist other employees whenever needed

Responsibilities:

  • Assigning tables to servers
  • Booking reservations
  • Answering phone calls
  • Cleaning work space
  • Monitoring the guest waiting list
  • Ensuring the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
  • Provide a warm welcome to guests as they enter the establishment
  • Provide guests with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
  • Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment

Position: Manager
Type: Full-time, Part-time

We are looking for a Manager to oversee all staff, budgets, and operations. Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for implementing and holding strict standards for safety and sanitation as well as overall kitchen organization
  • Leads the implementation of a HACCP plan and ensures all team members follow as well
  • Keep a clear line of communication with the Executive Chef, as well as the GM and Corporate Chef
  • Assists Executive Chef in running food cost to goal
  • Manages controllable costs to goal
  • Assists the Executive Chef to manage the culinary side of the back office accounting and scheduling team
  • Performs accurate inventories and clearly communicates food cost to issues to all team members
  • Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen
  • Oversee order preparation work to ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
  • Deliver orders to maintain fast service
  • Check dishes before they leave the kitchen for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
  • Oversee garnishing tasks and make sure that food presentation standards are effectively met
  • Direct kitchen staff on what orders to produce
  • Observe cooking times, and provide chefs with information on delivery timelines
  • Communicate the waitstaff as to where dishes need to be delivered
  • Monitor portion control

Position: Line Cook
Type: Full-time, Part-time

Looking for a part-time and full-time line cook to join our fun and dedicated family on week- and weekend nights. No experience is necessary, but self-direction, organization, and a strong work ethic will be key.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in high-volume settings, fine dining, and/or casual establishment
  • Passion for high-quality ingredients and exceptional service
  • Eager to learn from skilled chefs and work with a multitude of different style and globally influenced ingredients / dishes
  • Experience in working with fish, meats, butchery and able to accurately follow receipts
  • Have the ability to work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining an organized work space
  • Must be Collaborative and Driven
  • Adherence to safe food handling practices
  • Full participation in being a sustainable and low impact businesses
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet 8-10 hours a day
  • Graduate from an accredited culinary school (plus)

  • Proven working experience as a bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix/prepare ingredients for craft cocktails
  • Check customers’ identification
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and provide quality guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with opening & closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins; ensuring the bartenders have clean towels, glassware, ice, etc.
  • Checking taps & appliances to confirm they are working properly, making minor repairs & changing out kegs if needed
  • Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping & mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers & storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
  • Learning about menu items and memorizing cocktail recipes
  • Taking orders, preparing drinks, bussing tables, opening tabs, and processing payments, especially during peak hours
